On May 19, 2023 we hosted leaders from J.P. Morgan Chase Bank branches in the San Diego region at our farm to participate in a corporate wellness day. The employees participated in an educational farm tour and animal interaction experience, volunteer project activities, light stretching, yoga and meditation. We had a wonderful time with Chase crew and look forward to an ongoing volunteer project for this group.
We have baby chicks and ducklings on the farm ranging from two weeks to two days old! These furry little cuties are a fun addition to the farm and we love hearing their peeps.
We are holding a Spiritual Wellness Day at the farm on November 5, 2022 from 8-11am. We will explore different mindfulness techniques and yoga relaxation to melt away stress and rejuvenate the soul. There will be a short farm tour included in this event. Price is $65 per person. We will have two gift drawings to win prizes. You can purchase drawing tickets at the event. On July 23, 2022 we held our first farm wellness tour and volunteer day. We toured the farm, previewed our animal interaction experience, participated in some yoga stretching, mediative breathwork and tackled a few volunteer projects. The half day event was jam packed and we had a great turnout.
